Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 19, 2026
1. Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the Ghost Ticket Discord bot, dashboard, transcript pages, and related features (collectively, the "Service"). By installing, configuring, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Ghost Ticket provides Discord ticket panels, ticket channels or threads, forms, claiming and closing tools, automated closing, transcripts, ratings, analytics, moderation controls, bug reporting, and server configuration. Features may change as the Service develops.
3. Eligibility and Authority
You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement and any higher minimum age required in your country. If you install or configure the Service for a Discord server, you confirm that you have permission to act for that server and to select the channels, roles, retention settings, and members affected by your configuration.
4. Discord Accounts and Third-Party Terms
The dashboard uses Discord OAuth2. You are responsible for your Discord account, for keeping it secure, and for activity performed through it. Your use of Discord remains subject to the Discord Terms of Service and other applicable Discord policies. Ghost Ticket is an independent service and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Discord.
5. Server Administration Responsibilities
Server owners and administrators control how Ghost Ticket is configured in their communities. They are responsible for:
- Using the Service only where they have the necessary authority and permissions
- Informing members that ticket content, attachments, activity, and support performance may be recorded
- Limiting access to ticket channels, logs, transcripts, and dashboard administration
- Handling member requests and complying with laws that apply to their server
- Reviewing role, channel, transcript, claim, auto-close, and moderation settings before use
6. Your Content
You retain any rights you hold in content you submit. You grant the Service a limited permission to access, copy, format, store, and display that content only as needed to operate tickets, forms, transcripts, reports, analytics, and related features. You confirm that you have the right to submit the content and that processing it through the Service will not violate another person's rights.
7. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, or deceptive activity
- Upload malware, executable files, or content intended to damage or compromise systems
- Attempt to bypass permissions, authentication, rate limits, bans, or security controls
- Access, disclose, or share tickets, transcripts, reports, or account data without authorization
- Interfere with the Service, overload it, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or disrupt other users
- Use the Service to violate Discord's terms, policies, or Community Guidelines
8. Ticket Transcripts
When a ticket is closed, the Service may create a transcript containing ticket messages, participant details, timestamps, and locally copied attachments. Transcript files are scheduled for automatic deletion 180 days after creation. A transcript link may be readable by anyone who receives it, so users and administrators must treat transcript links as confidential and share them only with authorized recipients.
9. Bug Reports
Bug reports may include your Discord-linked email address, Discord account details, report text, technical context, and one optional valid image up to 100 MB. Reports are stored locally for review. Do not include passwords, tokens, payment data, private keys, or unrelated sensitive information in a report.
10. Moderation, Suspension, and Removal
Server administrators may restrict members from opening tickets. The Service operator may restrict dashboard accounts or IP addresses, suspend access, remove content, or stop providing the Service when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms. Temporary restrictions may expire automatically; other restrictions may require manual removal.
11. Availability and Changes
The Service is provided on an availability basis and may experience outages, errors, data loss, Discord API changes, or interrupted third-party services. We may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. You are responsible for keeping any separate records or backups you require.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, accuracy, or data preservation. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet every legal, security, moderation, or record-keeping requirement applicable to your server.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ghost Ticket and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, access, or business opportunity arising from or related to the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Privacy
Our collection and handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Server administrators may also have their own privacy obligations and policies.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the Service, applicable requirements, or our practices change. The updated date will appear at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
16. Contact
Questions, complaints, and legal notices may be sent to contactgtickets@atomicmail.io.
